Topsfield Home Sales Range From $555,000 To $1.6 Million In September
Topsfield recorded 12 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with seven carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $555,000 to $1.6 million and a median of $1,001,000. The month's top sale was a $1.6 million deed for 28 Howlett St., Lot 4, sold by the Kevin F Taylor 2025 Revocable Trust to Joshua Dreseris. Haverhill Road and Forrest Road each saw two recorded sales. Five transfers, several involving trusts and matching grantor and grantee last names, show no price on record yet, a normal data lag rather than a withheld figure. The data shows a mix of condominium, lot and single-family transactions with no single price tier dominating.
