Thirteen properties recorded deed transfers in Topsfield between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records. Six of those sales had a price recorded, ranging from $537,500 to $1,375,000 with a median of $1,028,000. The period's top sale was 22 Timber Lane, Lot 10, which sold for $1,375,000 on Aug. 21 from Stephen V. Majeski to Daniel Keeler. Washington Street saw two transfers. Seven of the 13 recorded deeds, more than half, appear to be trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales, and none of those listed a price.
