Nine Topsfield deeds recorded in past month, top sale reaches $1.6 million
Nine Topsfield property transfers were recorded at the Essex County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Four carry a recorded price so far, ranging from $749,000 to $1,600,000, with a median of $1,315,000 among those four. The month's top recorded sale was 28 Howlett Street, Lot 4, at $1,600,000, sold by the Kevin F Taylor 2025 Revocable Trust to Joshua Dreseris on Sept. 23. Five of the nine transfers involve a buyer and seller sharing the same surname, often a trust, and none of those five has a price posted yet. Beds, baths and square footage were not available from deed records for any transfer this period.
