Topsfield Records 13 Property Transfers as Family and Trust Deeds Dominate Late-Summer Filings
Topsfield recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $537,500 to $1,375,000 with a median of $1,028,000. The month's top sale was 22 Timber Ln, Lot 10, which went for $1,375,000 on Aug. 21 from Stephen Majeski to Daniel Keeler. More than half of all recorded deeds, seven of 13, appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, which explains why most carried no disclosed price. Washington Street was the only street with two recorded transfers in the period.
