Topsfield August Deed Records Show Four Sales Above $1 Million
Topsfield recorded 14 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29. Seven listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $537,500 to $1,375,000, with a median of $1,075,000. The month's top sale was 22 Timber Lane, Lot 10, which sold for $1,375,000 to buyer Daniel Keeler from seller Stephen V. Majeski. Kinsman Lane, Washington Street and Boston Street each saw two recorded transfers. Notably, every transfer with no disclosed price involved a buyer and seller sharing a surname or an individual transferring property into a same-name trust, while all seven disclosed-price sales were between unrelated parties.
