The period's top sale was 5 Blueberry Lane, which sold for $1.3 million on Aug. 7 from Gerard L. McCarthy to Angela Daley. Ipswich Road saw two transfers, the only street with more than one sale. Nearly half the recorded transfers, seven of 15, involved sellers and buyers sharing a surname or a trust tied to the seller, and six of the 15 sales listed no price recorded yet, typical for those transfer types.
