The period's top sale was 28 Howlett St., Lot 4, which sold for $1.6 million on Sept. 23 from the Kevin F Taylor 2025 Revocable Trust to Joshua Dreseris. Six other transfers, at Wenham Road, Rowley Bridge Road, Boston Street, Willowdale Road, Park Street and Cleary Lane, moved between matching or related names, a pattern consistent with trust or estate transfers; none has a recorded price yet. No street had more than one distinct priced sale this period.
