Topsfield Home Sales Range From $590,000 To $1.25 Million In July
Topsfield recorded 14 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with sale prices disclosed in seven of them, ranging from $590,000 to $1.25 million and a median of $774,900. The month's top sale was 8 Caitlin Lane, Lot 1, which sold for $1.25 million on July 20 from John OKelly to Ryan Bacharach. Colrain Road was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Eight of the 14 transfers involved matching family surnames or trusts, and none of those disclosed a price -- a pattern consistent with intra-family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
