The month's top sale was 22 Timber Lane, which sold for $1,375,000 on Aug. 21 from Stephen V. Majeski to Daniel Keeler. Half of all recorded deeds, seven of 14, involved sellers and buyers sharing a surname or a trust taking title within the same family, none listing a price. Nine of the 14 properties carried subdivision lot numbers, and three condominium units also changed hands.
