Topsfield deed activity split between market sales and family trust transfers in July, August
Topsfield recorded 14 deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $600,000 to $1,300,000 with a median of $980,000. The month's top sale was 5 Blueberry Lane, which sold for $1,300,000 on Aug. 7 from Gerard L. McCarthy to Angela Daley. The other seven transfers were family or trust transfers that did not disclose a price. Among the seven disclosed sales, three topped $1 million and none fell below $500,000, indicating recorded activity concentrated in the higher end of the local price range this period.
