Topsfield Conservation Commission approves tree removal and issues four compliance certifications. Vice Chair Jennifer DiCarlo led the meeting in the absence of Chair Dodds Shamroth, approving a Determination of Negligible Impact for removal of two dead or declining trees at 32 Summer Street with a requirement for one native replacement tree within six months. The commission issued Certificates of Compliance for two orders at 35 Howlett Street resolving work from 2002 and 2005, and approved a return-to-compliance letter for work at 46 Alderbrook Drive.
An amended Enforcement Order issued at 110 Perkins Row sets deadlines of May 27 for erosion controls, June 10 for environmental firm engagement, and July 8 for a restoration plan or Notice of Intent following unauthorized soil disturbance and tree damage observed by Administrator Jackie Yee.
