TOPSFIELD — Select Board presents budget options and details on school roof project to residents. Select Board Member Robert Kmetz outlined fiscal year 2027 budget options and potential service reductions if override questions fail, while Masco School Committee Chair Adrienne Heaphy-Tenney detailed the Masconomet roof and HVAC replacement project. Heaphy-Tenney noted that a Federal Investment Tax Credit program could provide up to 8 million dollars if geothermal systems are selected.
