Topsfield Select Board unanimously advances Special Town Warrant to June Special Town Meeting voters. The board approved the warrant packet at its May 27 work session, with all five members voting yes on the motion made by Chair Rafael McDonald. The warrant includes the FY2027 Town Operating Budget.
Town Administrator Kevin Harutunian reported no citizens' petitions were received. The board announced that one or more budget open houses will be held at Town Hall.
