Topsfield Select Board approves sale of 10 School Avenue. The board unanimously authorized the sale of the 10 School Avenue property to Topsfield Garages, LLC, and accepted a Grant of Easement preserving the town's access to and use of the sold property. Town Administrator Kevin Harutunian and KP Law attorney Lee Smith reviewed the closing documents and next steps.
The easement remains valid as long as Topsfield owns the fire station at 27 High Street. All items in the 10 School Avenue building will be removed immediately by appropriate departments.
