TOPSFIELD — Boards clear $21,793 in prior year vendor bills ahead of town meetings. The Select Board and Finance Committee unanimously approved Article Second at a May 5 work session, authorizing payments to four vendors and one individual, including $19,750 to Weston & Sampson and $815.10 to Roberts Chemicals. Chair Rafael McDonald presided, with Member Marshall Hook moving approval and Vice-Chair and Clerk Michelle Mercier-Link seconding.
The boards also unanimously approved Article Third, covering FY2026 budget transfers, in final preparations for the annual and special town meetings.
