Topsfield Select Board unanimously approves all-alcohol license for The Evermore at Peirce Farm. Chair Rafael McDonald, Vice Chair Michelle Mercier-Link, and members Boyd Jackson, Marshall Hook, and Robert Kmetz voted 5-0 to issue the license to Michael Gallant of Topsfield Functions LLC for 116 Boston Street, following approval by the Massachusetts Alcohol and Beverage Control Commission. The board also unanimously approved the FY2027 Water Enterprise Budget and advanced five warrant articles for the 2026 Annual Town Meeting with non-substantive edits, while deferring Articles 38, 39, and 40 pending legal review and a decision to delay the e-bike safety bylaw pending state law clarity.
