Select Board's Office · Meeting of March 9, 2026

TOPSFIELD — Select Board approves liquor license consolidation and water work amendment. The board unanimously backed a motion by Member Hook to consolidate three Farmer Series Pouring licenses under a single 19H Farmer's Pouring License for Alfalfa Farm Cellars at 267 Rowley Bridge Road, fulfilling Alcohol and Beverage Control Commission requirements. The board also approved a $24,562.66 contract amendment with Celco Construction Corporation for the Lockwood Lane Watermain replacement project, bringing the total contract price to $1,797,172.26; the additional cost covers unforeseen leaks and test pit work that the board determined can be absorbed within the original 2022 Town Meeting appropriation.
