TOPSFIELD — Select Board appoints Council on Aging member, accepts flower donation. The Topsfield Select Board voted unanimously to appoint Anna Colella to the Council on Aging Board for a three-year term, filling one of two current vacancies. The board also accepted a $5,500 donation from the Topsfield Community Partnership for downtown hanging flower baskets.
Town Administrator Kevin Harutunian reported on licensing review for Osteria Peppino Pizzeria and progress toward building code compliance. The board approved its FY2027 meeting schedule and modifications to print-free digital legal notice procedures, and discussed budget priorities and flag-raising policy development.
