Topsfield Conservation Commission approves nine permits and amends enforcement orders with June 24 deadline. The commission approved Certificates of Compliance for four residential properties, issued an Order of Conditions for a deck expansion and kitchen garden at 76 Campmeeting Road, and retroactively approved emergency certifications for a beaver-dam flow device and a hazardous tree removal. The commission amended three long-standing enforcement orders at 20R, 21, and 25 Johns Lane, setting a June 24 deadline for photographic evidence of completed native plantings with daily fines for continued noncompliance.
