TOPSFIELD — Board of Assessors approves motor vehicle commitment and reschedules meeting. Chair Lynn Conant, Clerk John Minnehan, and Member Robert Kanter unanimously approved Motor Vehicle Commitment 2026 #2 in the amount of $136,296.67, due April 29, 2026. The Board also approved the March Motor Vehicle Abatement Report as presented and voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes.
The Board rescheduled its next regular meeting to April 23, 2026, then entered Executive Session at 9:20 a.m. to consider personal exemption applications.
